New Federal Tuition Policy in Act

Recently in an article I had found on Yahoo news discussed how a group of students in California brought forth to the court about the unfairness of illegal aliens paying in state tuition. Mainly aliens being out of country non citizen on education visa’s being able to pay in state tuition instead of out of state tuition. First they thought it was the students claiming to be citizens in state but it was actually the schools allowing it. This then makes it unfair for all that do pay out of state tuition must be reimbursed so that it’s fair. The biggest deal that came from all of this was that they found 9 states altogether allowing in state tuition for illegal aliens. The Jury had come to conclusion that this was violating certain acts and clauses in the Constitution and was unlawful. He had also decided that it had to be changed nationally, and then the usual individual states decisions. For states have mostly always had education at their act then federalism taking over. This article is a big deal in raising the standards of importance of education laws in the United States.
